After almost a year of touring the world and releasing my latest work as a solo artist, I wanted to celebrate the year’s events by releasing intimate, studio versions of each EP I released this year; all in one release. Inspiration for this idea came from some of the earliest releases that made me fall in love with honest, genuine, stripped down music such as early Saves the Day, Dashboard Confessional and early John Mayer. So I hung out in the studio for 4 days and recorded in just that fashion with a little help from my friends Mark Sutor and Tim Brennan (aka The Pioneer Project). Oh, and a little Knob Creek. Without further ado, I give you the Pioneer Sessions.
